Well made and you can feel the weight

I wasn't sure what to expect from what we need to take our children aged 6, 3 and 1 to their first take fossil hunting with you. I was looking for an inexpensive, well-made stone hammer. My 6 year old was the main user of it. He loved it. It was great to take on our first official fossil dig. He did an excellent job breaking up the shale rocks to discover fossils underneath.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Pretty much everything is fine

Good for the price.

I'm new to the idea of collecting rocks but this seemed like a good choice for the price and for what we were doing (geode hunting). Just note that the metal appears softer than I expected. It was used to dig for geodes in the desert and appears to have suffered greatly from digging in the magically soft desert earth. (My buddy had a garden hoe that worked better.)

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Nothing

Great tool, great price.

Very good hammer, especially for the price! Ordered to replace an old hammer. This hammer has good balance and I like the ergonomics of the handle. I expect this hammer will provide many, many years of reliable service. I took this hammer to the fossil dig and it served me well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive well made geological hammer. In the attached image you can see me using this hammer to excavate a vasodolite from a limestone matrix.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • New competitors emerged

Just what every prisoner needs.

Great little rock crusher. I ordered this for my cousin who lives out of state for 5-10 years. I threw him over the fence a few months ago. He told me he would be home for Christmas this year so I'm sure it will work as he hasn't asked for another one. He says he works great on concrete but had to use hacksaws to cut rebar. But otherwise it's a great tool. (The previous statement was meant as a joke, there is no truth in the statements other than that it works well for breaking rocks.)

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

The metal is soft as butter.

Bought this hammer to help my brother break some basketball sized geodes. I gave it to him for Christmas. I knew it was bad value for money so I wasn't expecting it to be the best hammer. .But I also didn't expect that 20 minutes of light hammer hitting (don't want to destroy the crystals) would completely deform the hammer's face. He deformed the spike in about 4 hits. him at all. +2 stars because we opened the geodes and thus he did the amount of his expected task. -3 stars for lack ofโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Pretty Package
Cons
  • Ugly Package

Very good option for a jackhammer

The jackhammer appeared to be well made and very reasonably priced, it doesn't have the brand name of the classic EST Wing Rock jackhammer but a budget option or single piece use it proves to be a very good option. From what I can see it is the same solid steel hammer as advertised, the materials appear to be of good quality. There are no visible defects and a rough cast, the edges are well polished, there are no sharp edges. The handle looks like a solid piece of steel with a rubber coatingโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Disappear

Reliable and excellent jackhammer at a bargain price.

While shopping for a jackhammer I came across this fantastic product (best pick, 22oz all metal pointed point jackhammer, 11" overall length sold by Efficire Tools) at a bargain price at Revain . I was impressed with the super fast service receiving it in just 2 days of ordering it. I was a bit surprised by the weight, but this is a solid and durable rock hammer at a great price. This is a kind of tool for everyone involved in hunting, mining, masonry, rockfall, archeology and exploration. act.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other jackhammers

Excellent quality and price

Cheaper for weeks scouting hammer when I found it at Revain. On paper it met all my requirements, it's very strong and strong, I've already used it to split cracks in the rocks during my exploration adventures and I'm very happy with the results it gives. It weighs 22 ounces and is very strong, I don't have to worry about it breaking, the worst that can happen is that in a few years I'll have to re-sharpen the pickaxe. Otherwise I don't see any problems. The handle has a solid rubberized gripโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Solid forged steel full metal handle construction with a fully polished finish and an additional clear coating to resist rusting for maximum strength and durability
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
