The only reason I put a star in each box is because I couldn't get to the rating box until I had put a star. This is a disadvantage of Revain. These chairs are terrible. They look pretty, but the truth is, when you have strong friends, they break with those people in them! They're cheap, and these cute nails start popping out after a few sessions, then snap under your friends' weight. In my case older friends. Don't call the manufacturer saying you're past the return deadline. TERRIBLE

This chair looks very nice. I agree with other reviews that it's solid! It was properly assembled - important to note - and once reclined. After that, I had to constantly put pressure on the chair to keep it crooked. I bought it to sleep in after recovering from surgery. It took too much pressure to push and pull. In my opinion this is not the right recovery chair if that is what you are looking for. A firm backrest for short periods of sitting, for example to watch a film, of course.

This chair is AMAZING! I was a little nervous about the reviews but would definitely buy again. I got a light gray which is more of a wheat color (between light gray and light beige) which was perfect! It's similar in quality to chairs you'll find somewhere like Home Goods or Ross. I read the reviews and took a chance and have to say this is a great buy for a bedroom I'm in the process of remodeling on a budget. It's definitely a women's chair and it reclines too - I love Potterybarn but it took me 9 weeks to order from them and double the price. So this chair is perfect! We bought this chair in light gray and what a lovely chair. It took about 20 minutes to assemble, very easy. We replaced a similar chair that we had for many years, the only difference between this and the old one was that the armrests on this chair are a bit thinner. The fabric is kind of woven. The stool feels very hard when you first sit it, but will soften a bit after a few days. Time will tell if it lasts long.
