🔲 Mansfield Brown PU Storage Ottoman by Christopher Knight Home Review

This is exactly what is in the picture! It is very easy to assemble and the skin looks amazing! The only thing I didn't like was the height. It's shorter than my sofa and I had to spend another $30 to buy furniture legs on Amazon. The total cost for me was $228 plus tax.

4 stars only because the bottom four legs often come loose. We tighten them again and soon they are loose again. Often we have to move the stool, which causes the lower legs to become loose. Otherwise it's pretty good. Also if you keep things in it whatever you keep in there. it tends to smell just like the inside of an ottoman.

I didn't measure my furniture as I wanted to use it as both a coffee table and storage space. It's a little shorter than I planned. But it was easy to put the legs on the ottoman (by screwing 4 threaded legs). Looks good and seems durable. The storage is split in half, which is fine. They cannot accommodate large items, but many small ones. All in all it was a very good buy. You can add taller legs to raise it a few inches.

We ordered this as a hopeful replacement for our coffee table as our 1 year old walks (and falls) a lot. It was damaged in several places but I couldn't wait for a coffee table any longer so we left it. Otherwise the quality of the fabric/leather-like material is ok. It's nothing out of the ordinary and doesn't feel like a high-end durable product, but for the price it's a worthy product. The only complaint is that there is no non-slip material on the legs, so it slipped on our hardwood floors.
