Doesn't work well without proper compression tool

I clamped the connector in a vise and hammered it. I have used other compression fittings that were much easier to close and did not require a proprietary tool.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • sad packaging

GOOD QUALITY The best in accessories and consumables

Great product! I bought them off stock but needed them as soon as they arrived. With the help of preparation, I quickly installed four of them and launched two TVs on local antennas. Very happy with the smooth installation.

Pros
  • Good item
Cons
  • Functionality

The RG59 outdoor cable doesn't fit

The cable isn't inserted deep enough into the plug - it's about 1/2" shorter. The cable type was checked - RG59. Either the plug was wrongly labeled with RG59 (which I met earlier) or it's not intended for outdoor cable use.

Pros
  • also the old one understands

RG59 compression connector

Very good, although I couldn't use them because the RG59 cable that required the connector was too old and the coax cable's plastic shield was too stiff for the compression connector to fit. I tried the connector on a new RG59 cable and it worked fine.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • poorly designed

Invest in the right crimper.

The connectors are of good quality. And they fit well. Also, don't try to use an R59 cable for the TV. It works but the signal is weak. I tried that. I found a large coil in the barn where I live. As usual you have to pay to play.

Pros
  • Do not waste time
Cons
  • There are defects

Old weathered plugs replaced

The cord was old and weathered and the plugs were rusty. They match the cable. Some force is required to fully insert the cable. The stiff, weathered cable didn't help the process. Once the jacks were connected, digital reception was clear on all televisions.

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Doesn't fit - but good quality.

Not suitable for cables. Have done it for years. Why do they do that? Cable cannot be pushed through because inner tube does not fit. To be fair it looks like I ordered the wrong size. That. This is r6. Although I can't use them, they are solid and appear to be of the highest quality.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Senior

CIMPLE RG59 Coaxial Compression Fittings (Qty 50)

I did not receive those shown on the Revain website. Instead of knurled ends as shown on the Revain website, I got hex ended connectors. Hex ends can be tightened with a wrench, while knurled ends are easier to tighten with fingers. Sent them back for a refund. If swapping out cables isn't a problem, these connectors are a great option for RG59 cables.

Pros
  • Easy to Read Control Panel
Cons
  • New Competitors Appeared
