I like the design and shape of the watch. The face is smaller than I had hoped; I found photos on Revain and attempts to describe the size are difficult to decipher. The contrast between yellow and white (gold and silver) is not as pronounced as we would like. This is a serviceable, attractive enough watch, not bad for the price but only three stars.

Bought for my daughter. She loves watches. I, on the other hand, suspect that glass is a type of plastic that is easily scratched. Made in China. Not necessarily a negative, but definitely not glass or made of any material indicative of a more expensive watch. I think savings have to be made somewhere. This is a Citizen watch so I guess I was expecting a bit more. We'll see how it holds up in 13-year-old clothes. Will be updated.

What I really like about the watch is that it is small and the case is quite flat and fits a woman's wrist. It's informal enough to wear every day and formal enough to wear with teenage clothes. I just want the dial to be illuminated so I can see the time in the dark. This is really my only negative comment. Otherwise I am very satisfied with my purchase. I bought the watch as a backup in case I had further issues with an existing Citizen watch, it stopped when I dropped it but has since restarted. These two watches share the same straps and same dial markers, but I prefer the square face of the new watch to the wider round face of the old one.
