Broken, no replacement

Arrived broken! I threw it away when I opened it because why should I send broken glass? But now I can't get a refund or replacement! Pooh!

Excellent insulation! in mug sets

This glass mug really helps keep your coffee hot longer. easy to hold and clean. I've been using it every day for 4 months and despite the dents here and there on the porcelain sink, it still works with no problems.

is this a joke? good for lunch and entertainment

do yourself a favor and just go to a dollar store and buy something thicker. these mugs are overpriced, very cheap and poorly made. I am totally overwhelmed by the positive reviews for this product. But hey, don't take my word for it, go and order so you can experience what I experienced myself.
