My printer has started printing extremely poor quality color and black and white images. I was angry because I use my printer all the time. I checked my manuals and contacted the manufacturer several times and none of their solutions solved the problem. Finally they said that I should use the manufacturer's toner to get good print quality. I knew I had used Clearprint toner before so I contacted them. Black toner works great and is well bubble wrapped around each toner cartridge. I just had to replace the black, that's all I've tested so far. I will update the review if I run into any issues with any of the other colors. UPDATE: The black stopped working immediately after a few months, although it says it's filled with black on the pages that disappear when printed. However, one page prints fine after a while.

Soon I had faded streaks running vertically down the page, about an inch wide where none existed enough toner. Thought it might be the printer as it happened on all 3 colors but cleaning didn't help. I don't print much either (for home use) so it didn't look like they were going to run out. The printer still showed 80-90% coverage. Bought the kit a year ago. Only had a problem with the toner. After many tests etc found that the black cartridge is sticking together causing poor prints and stains on the paper. The company immediately replaced and even offered to replace the entire set. Since the black cartridge seemed to be the culprit I decided to just swap it out as their concern for quality and customer support was extremely high. Would buy again, excellent printing for some of the OEM cartridges with the same warranty…

I had no problems until I tried to replace the cyan cartridge. For some reason my mfc-9330cdw doesn't recognize it. Yellow, magenta and black were easily replaced. Update: The company emailed me some very helpful troubleshooting information that helped my printer accept the cyan cartridge. They replied very quickly and it solved my problem. Thank you!
