Very good HR tool for small businesses and freelancers

I like that it's easy enough with just one click of an icon, you can edit your employee hours easily as well! It would be nice if there was more flexibility in creating new employees so we could better track our time spent onboarding them instead of having to do this manually after they're added through payroll data entry (this isn't too much work though). We have not used any other version before but are happy about how user friendly their software has been overall. The only thing i dislike…

Good basic scheduler for non-tech friendly business

I like that I can set up my own shift schedules, approve/reject requests, etc., from anywhere at any time. The app was buggy when we first got it but has gotten better over the years. We use this software primarily in our IT department so I don't have much experience with other uses of this software. But as far as scheduling goes, they are easy enough to figure out once you know how to do them manually using Excel. It's just quicker & easier if you're used to doing things by hand instead of…
