Exactly what I was looking for. We live in an old farmhouse and there are no closets in the rooms, this added to the charm of the room and was really solid. It holds all my clothes perfectly!

Very easy to learn and easy to put together. It is NOT cast iron as some people claim. It is galvanized tubing that has been treated to look like cast iron. Still a great product at a great price and it doesn't break as easily as cast iron and isn't as heavy.

Bought for our theater department. Very easy to assemble and install and looks great in our unfinished industrial prop/costume closet. Holds the weird and sometimes very difficult costumes we've collected over the years. Came back and bought a second one and will probably buy a third as we continue to grow.

This is metal tubing - very durable! Also unique look :) I have to add this shelf as it looks like a horizontal bar with nothing around it haha! Make sure the support bar is angled down if you want to add a shelf. I have to adjust mine because I flipped the center up (to secure it) and now I can't put a shelf around it :(

This worked great for making room for hangers in our closet-less kids room. Drywall mounts are not designed for the weight of the bar, let alone the bar holding anything. You will need to buy stronger drywall mounts from Home Depot or Lowe's. Installation is tricky in that you need to measure and align accurately when screwing on one side. Delivery without installation instructions. We only had to guess. There must be an easier way than we did because all the reviews that said it was easy to install should have been given instructions and followed that easier way. We had to guess about everything, like what size drill bit to use to drill the hole for the anchors. The 1/4" bit was too small. We couldn't even drive the anchors into the drywall. I had to buy a bigger drill press. You then had to try to clear all the joints so you…

Glad I got this one and not the one with just 2 legs. The 3rd support was really NEEDED for my drywall. I put the 3rd support on the bottom instead of the top; I think it's physically stronger, but it could be either way. The 3rd pillar is not visible to the hanging clothes when placed from below. Which I think is better. If you want even more, you can put a piece of wood between the wall and the counter. But I just did it without and it seems ok because the 3rd support shares the weight…
