Looks Can Be Deceiving

Based on my observations, this satchel may look nice at first glance, but its quality is subpar. The material easily scratches and the straps do not stay securely in place.

I got this as a Mother's Day gift, so I can't return it. I think it might not be a real coach bag. The material is different than what I'm used to from Coach bags. The bag is thin and cheap.
