Smaller than expected

Obviously, drink holders are not all created equal. These coasters are small and bounce too much in their holders causing my drinks to shake so I don't use them.

Measure before you buy

I bought these without measuring to see if they would fit and they ended up being a bit small for my cup holders but I still use them, it is just annoying to get them out of the cup holder.

I don't use it as a coaster

I sew and buy braids with heads and put them on myself to save money. I use self-adhesive metal towel bars to hold the zipper heads in place when I place them over the zipper tape. I have attached towel rails to these coasters and they are perfect! The weight is just right to keep the towel rail from moving on my sewing table and they are attractive too. So I can't confirm what type of coasters it is, but I can confirm what type of towel rail it is. giggle
