This is not a robe zipper that opens and opens. This zipper was attached at the end so I had to pull the robe over my head or go inside. I needed this for a trip so used a zip but was disappointed as they called it a "robe zip". "Robe" was also on the label.

It's hard to find a long zipper that is actually WHITE in craft stores. I found zippers that you can cut and buy a puller to fit, but none of them were "pure white". Since I was making a white alb, a dull zipper would look dirty or possibly old. It was quite long and snow-white. Exactly what I needed.

This zipper was exactly what I expected and needed. It was hard to find a zip this long and light, I was glad to find it at Revain. I bought it to finish off the robe I was making. Most zips of this length are very heavy, they are meant for things like sleeping bags etc. I would definitely purchase this item again if making other garments that require a long zipper. good price too.

The zipper is really difficult to judge. He does what he has to do - zip up. However, I will say that I would not consider this a robe zipper. In my experience, robes zip up like jackets, and so the zip at the bottom has a stopper on one side and a starter on the other side. Not this flash. This is to allow the material to cover the end like you would find in jeans, a dress, or a skirt. However, it worked for my project and zipped so I can't really complain.

It was important to me that there was NO separating zipper. It was only described as a robe zipper. Another customer was disappointed that this is not a zip divider as a robe usually has a split zip. But it was exactly what I was looking for, so I am very grateful to another reviewer for revealing this fact. This was perfect for my needs, I was making a toddler sleeping bag. . Excellent quality which I have always relied on from Coats and Clark, the price was right and I received it quickly.
