STILL LEARNING - WE ARE TOO! Cocktailing can be called an art, and Boston shakers aren't the only way to prepare craft cocktails. The shaker method of preparing cocktails dilutes more, aerates, and changes the texture. A mixing glass with large ice will slow dilution, preserving the complexities of your spirit. You're a mixologist now, get after it. WE HAVE YOUR BACK (If you invite us over for a drink:) Seriously, we're consumers too; and we know the feeling when companies try to wiggle away from a refund or reparation on a messed up product/order. We value buying decisions and love the feeling of a "good buy" too. ANY ISSUES AT ALL . contact us and let us fix it.

Inexpensive for a reason

The size of this mixing glass is perfect. However, the glass is very thin. It actually cracked when I mixed the drink. Also, the spout is very small, making it difficult to pour drinks (especially when you're mixing multiple cocktails at once) without spilling them.

Pros
  • Bar and wine accessories
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Thin glass and light feel

The mixing glass looks very nice but is much lighter and thinner than it should be. I mix a lot of drinks (Manhattans, martinis, etc.). Not sure if this flimsy mixing glass can handle large ice cubes and a mixing spoon without breaking. This mixing glass has become the decoration of my office.

Pros
  • Bar sets
Cons
  • Large and bulky

The thickness of the glass is ideal for chilling/diluting cocktails

We had 4 of these. The first lasted a few years, but then couldn't handle the sudden, unintended neck-to-floor acceleration. The second one broke after 6-8 months while I was stirring the drink with ice. I made several drinks, rinsing the glass with tap water each time. My guess is that the glass broke from the frequent cooling/heating. Glass weight is perfect. Cocktails are properly chilled and diluted. I can bring the temperature of a drink to 21-22 degrees Fahrenheit in 20 seconds. A quick…
