Great partner and service provider to integrate new tech into eCommerce

The customer support team really cares about their customers success with CodeAlign! We have been working very closely together over many years now as our products are integrated for us by them in different ways during each phase we go though (from proofing right up until launch). They can be slow sometimes but when they deliver something it's always great quality work from an experienced developer who knows what he/she does best - writing awesome code :) I would highly recommend using codals…

Great internal communications tool, especially when paired

The ability for my team members to be able to access information from any location in our organization and also have direct communication with each other without having to go through an email or phone call was very helpful. I didn't like how it would sometimes take several days before we could see new messages if someone had sent us something via text message but hadn't received anything back yet. We used codal primarily as a way to communicate internally between different departments so…

Codal was a great tool for our team to learn new technology within short time duration.

I like how easy it was for our team members to learn codal in such short time period! It has been very helpful so far since we started using this tool to manage work orders which are being created by different departments within my organization. We have not found any issue with this product as yet but if you do find anything please let us know immediately because your feedback will help improve the quality of service provided by Codal. My only regret would be having more features available when
