I liked that it was easy to get started as there are many different tutorials available which can be accessed at any time of day or night from anywhere in the world! There were some issues when trying out more complex tasks (such as using multiple threads). The support team have been very helpful though - they've helped me solve my problems quickly so i'm able to move forward again without too much delay.
