Perfect fit for my tarp/quilt roll

This is exactly what I need for my waxed camping tarp/wool bedding roll. Two straps hold the reel perfectly. Easy to tie and untie. Good price!

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Pretty good

GREAT FOR CAMPING BUT IT'S EASIER TO USE WHEN CUSTOMIZED.

GREAT FOR CAMPING BUT IT IS EASIER TO USE IF YOU CUT THE END AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE AND BAND THE CUT EDGE. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL NOT TO BURN IT. I PUT IT IN WATER TO CHECK THE FLUSHING AND IF IT GOES WRONG I PUT IT BACK IN THE WATER. FIRE HATES WATER

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Some small things

Perfect single mount

These straps are really good and do the job, especially for the money. The only thing I noticed about them is that the material on the ends of the straps dangles much like cutting the paracord and the strands get tangled. This is easy to fix, just hold a lighter nearby for a few seconds to melt the material so the strands don't unravel anymore.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Good but not perfect

Quick release description is misleading

Very disappointed - quick release description is misleading. This is a one-way clasp only. I wish I had bought 3 packs! You must loosen and rethread the loops for each use. I expected quick release fasteners as described. Likewise, it is convenient to tie a bag with a piece of string. See what this company sells separately in the form of quick release buckles - hmmmm, should I buy them separately?

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Amazing straps

For some reason the straps on their sleeping bags (and the straps on their sleeping pads) disappear when my kids go camping! I have purchased several pairs of these Coghlan straps as spares. They are very durable as I had no damage. They hold tight when fastened by the buckles and keep the bag or pillow curled up tightly. I cut off the extra strap material from the ends because they are quite long. I have never seen a child lose one of these belts :)

Pros
  • Very good
Cons
  • Can't remember

Don't worry: hiking backpacks

To use them you have to put them back on a small plastic thing every time, and they are not very durable even if you can put them in order. I don't know what I was expecting but I threw them away because I didn't want to try to get them back. I suppose if you have something you want to buckle once and leave tied for a long time this might work for that as long as you don't need something too strong. nope no, not even that, just tie it with a ribbon, that's easier and probably holds up just as…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • I won't say anything

The ONLY reason to buy these items is because they are cheap.

This is the type of product that makes me realize that the Revain Choice banner isn't to be trusted. They are so simple that they practically do not work. Yes, these are straps that can be fastened and tightened, but nothing more. The buckles are a 'double-back' style that's harder to manage (especially when you're outside, don't even mention wearing gloves!), and there are ridiculously loose, simple 'O'- shaped fittings that should securely secure the loose end, but which are not strong enough

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No Instructions

Practical universal belt! (Black, not green)

Excellent straps, the price is right. I saw some on sale at the store for $10 which was still overpriced and then found them on Amazon. They hold tight if you thread the strap properly through the plastic retainer. They are black, although they appear dark green in the photo. They don't open like a buckle on a fanny pack, they're like the adjustable snaps on backpack shoulder straps, which I think is a good thing, but if you're expecting buckle closures, they're not. They keep things tight and…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
