This black backpack from Cole Haan is perfect for any casual day out. Based on my experience, it fits all of my essentials comfortably and the multiple compartments make it easy to stay organized. I love this backpack. The leather and canvas are really good and it has many pockets and hidden compartments. After a year of short use, it looks like this. The hook and the shoulder strap are broken. This seems quite common, which I think is totally unacceptable for a backpack in this price range. Cole Haan usually does quality stuff but save some money and go elsewhere.

Nice bag, good size, not bulky, sits comfortably on the back. I bought my son a bag for school. Its book load isn't that big, so I was surprised that one of the backpack straps broke after a week. It was completely broken and I could have taken it to a shoe repair shop and fixed it, but for the money I just returned it, thinking I should buy something else, more durable.
