Absolutely horrible design. I've been using the 360 toothbrush for YEARS, this is the best toothbrush so I was excited to see this alternative with less waste. Wow, that's terrible! The handle is made of metal and the tip of the toothbrush is made of plastic. But the tip isn't long enough, so if you brush your gums and get really deep, the metal handle will bang on your teeth. This toothbrush is by far the best I've ever used! The bristles of the brush are not too hard and not too soft, gentle on sensitive teeth/gums. The base is comfortable to hold, lightweight (which is nice) as opposed to cheap, lightweight plastic. I find it very convenient, you can switch and swap heads at any time and keep your base as long as you want! This toothbrush is much better than regular plastic toothbrushes and lasts much longer; I definitely recommend it.

Love the shape, tongue cleaning surface and the feel of the metal handle. I use it for a quick cleanse in the morning or after a drink and I find it cleans well. Can't comment on how well this works after meals as I use an electric toothbrush after meals and it would be grossly unfair to compare it to this level of cleanliness.
