These collar loops/points work well. but almost too good. They're meant for single use, but the adhesive is so strong that they don't come off well and end up almost ruining the fabric when you peel them off. They were also too expensive. Generally they work, just beware of the glue.

That's awesome! I've tried magnetic collar tabs but they are more versatile because they even match shirts that don't have a collar tab. It may seem like a small thing, but it turns shirts that I would consider unwearable due to a "non-standard collar" into premium garments. The downside, of course, is that they're disposable: the adhesive is strong enough to last all day, but other than that, try your luck. Remember to take them off and throw them away before laundry day.

My pet peeve of not wearing a tie with a shirt and blazer has been solved! They hold up very well and remain intact even after washing. Everyone at work wanted to try them too. A bit pricey for what they are but worth it in my opinion.
