Normal quality for such a price. Length 6-7 is perfect for my daughter who is a size 6 tall/small. But it's insanely wide! It would be too big for my oldest daughter who is a size 8/10 but too short for her. If I didn't need it for a school event the day after tomorrow I would return it. If you have a plus-size child, this will work, but for a small or medium-sized child, consider sewing in a few folds or getting a waist belt to keep them from hanging down.
