Comes in a large box so looks intimidating but easy to assemble and set up. It only took me a few minutes to assemble, read and understand the manual, not much done to be easy. It's light and not heavy, it's easy to maneuver and move, but it doesn't have any controls to stop it from rolling, but it stands still on a flat surface. It is very well made and looks good. Most importantly, it works like a charm. After adding water it takes about 5 minutes for it to start bubbling and steam coming out

I've had the steamer for 2 months now and it no longer works. In just 2 months of use it doesn't heat up at all and the top chamber is leaking.

Refills assembled perfectly and this weekend I'm trying to use them for the first time after just sitting in the cabin and how about if they don't turn on doesn't matter what I'm doing and the return window is already closed. There is also no way to contact support.

As a natural girl I fell in love with this product. My hair is always dry and frizzy and steaming it helps my oils and products adhere better to my hair and makes my hair feel softer and more comfortable. It was easy to put together and I literally turn it on and sit in my chair and watch TV until I'm done. Such a simple product but very necessary

I am a licensed cosmetologist and started using this steam cleaner in my salon on August 2nd, 2021 and it stopped working on August 18th, just after Return window, completely stopped working expired (12 August). I am absolutely disappointed and cannot recommend it at all. Unreliable. waste of money!

This is a replacement! It's badly built. Having carefully studied its design, I found small but important flaws that affect the quality and operation of the steamer. I would not recommend this brand for vapers BUT get a vape!

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit concerned but decided to give it a try and check it out anyway. My natural hair is overly dry and almost unmanageable. I've heard that steaming and deep conditioning helps moisture penetrate low porosity hair. Assembling the steamer is very easy, it took me no more than 10 minutes. I filled the bottle with water and after 5-8 minutes plugged it in, I could feel the steam coming out of the hood. Everything is working fine for me at the moment, but…
