Fell apart after a short use

Two of the four clips were defective and fell apart after a short use. The metal pin and spring holding the two halves together didn't have a stop, so the pin popped out almost every time you used the clamps. Still looking for good big clips

I liked these

These clips seemed strong and well made until I used them. The clip fell apart on the first try, the hinge pin is not "broken" on one end and comes out easily, causing the clip to break. All the clips I got were like that.

Good clips **BUT** Half was missing

The clips seem to be good but I only got half of the advertised amount. At first I thought I had misremembered the number I ordered! Inside the box was a set of one color instead of the declared two. It would be nice if I got the complete set.

Thick and grippy but the magnets come off easily

I like how thick they are. They cut things very easily. The problem I have is that the magnets don't stick to the clip. They were all on my fridge and they all fell on the floor and the magnet was still on the fridge. It looks like it was originally glued, but not enough. I really wish that wasn't the case.

Cannot be used as a note holder on the fridge, but will work as a secondary chip clip!

The design is stupid. It has a curved top so the magnet barely touches it when you put it on the fridge. Dull design. They should be flat backed so the entire magnet can stick to all surfaces. They grip chips well, but not strong enough for big projects, AND CANNOT KEEP NOTES ON THE FRIDGE OR ANYTHING ON ANYTHING BECAUSE THE MAGNETIC CONTACT IS TERRIBLELY DEVELOPED!

Good and strong clip.

These are good clips. Also, I couldn't find any strong clamps in any of the local stores. They are thick, durable and close well. However, the small magnetic strips on the back continue to detach from the clip. After 2 times I glued the magnet. It seems the double duct tape they used to hold them together doesn't always hold. Great clip but have glue - super glue or gorilla glue - handy!

Not worth the money

Bought and they arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the glue holding the magnets to the clips is bad. I attached the clips to the fridge and shortly thereafter the clips fell off but the magnet stayed on the fridge. This happened several times so I decided to glue the magnets back into clips. Unfortunately the clip itself broke when it fell on the floor so it no longer works. How difficult is it REALLY to use good glue?

Terrible and weak clip.

Okay these should be the weakest chip clips. They have no holding or sealing power. They didn't even close my party sized bag of chips properly, I actually had to close it and it still wasn't fully sealed. They fit two letters on a fridge, but that's about it and they have to be durable. The durability corresponds to that of ordinary wooden hangers. Really bad quality. I do not recommend this product, especially considering you are trying to keep your groceries fresh.
