Colorbok Sweet Life Designer Paper Review

I ordered a paper Sweet Life notebook but received a paper Heartland notebook instead and when I emailed them they asked for proof so I sent Pictures of her own packing list that was correct and notepad paper. They came back and said they had to take care of it. There was nothing to examine. They screwed up, but they didn't want to admit it. So they sent the tag back and wanted to give me a refund, which hasn't happened yet, and I'm not getting the pad I wanted. That's why I don't like to order
