Pockets make these pants. I was looking for black skinnies that fit snugly around the entire calf/ankle. This is compliant. They are very comfortable, not as stretchy as leggings. I'm usually a size 29/8 and I ordered a medium. They fit snugly around the waist but cause no discomfort.
