As a sports and outdoors enthusiast, I found this jacket to be the ultimate shield against rain and wind during my hiking trips. It kept me comfortably dry and didn't restrict movement. The black color gives a modern look, and the zippered pockets were convenient for storing my essentials. The only downside was that the hood didn't have a drawstring to adjust size, but it still stayed in place during my activities. I bought this to go hiking the Inca Trail in Peru. Fortunately, although it was the rainy season, we didn't have any rain. I'm on the borderline of large to extra large (type 36 inches or take waist). I read from other reviews that it's a bit big so I decided to downsize and went for the big one. It goes well with the t-shirt underneath but not much room for my...hmm...extended waist. Fleece interlayer, it fits me a little.
