Columbia Women's Chatfield Jacket Medium: Stylish and Durable Women's Clothing at Coats, Jackets & Vests Review

I've bought this coat small and x-small and while I really liked the coat it was too big for me both times. For reference, I'm 5'3", 130 lbs. Unfortunately I had to go back.

I have a Columbia jacket and it's warm. This jacket's description says it's made for winter, but not our winter here in Michigan's upper peninsula. It might be warm enough for a nice fall day.

At 5ft 6in and 132 pounds I ordered the small one. True to size. So if you want to use layers you should increase the size. Very flattering thanks to the adjustable waist. The color Dark Nocturnal is a beautiful navy blue. Ideal for autumn hikes as it is light and warm.

Terrible fit (too big. I ordered a size small and tend to run very small) and seemed very cheap given the price (Sherpa lining in hood only and then in a few inches down.) Went back and bought the Columbia Heavenly Long jacket in the small size and it's nice and warm!

I love the colour, style and fit of this coat. I really like that the drop can be adjusted once and left as is instead of being redone each time you button or unbutton your coat. The description says the cuffs are adjustable. It wasn't mine. Snaps, no adjustment. This was disappointing as it was a selling feature for me who has small wrists. I love the comfort, fit and look of the coat so I keep it to myself.

This is a very comfortable coat with a smooth lining that makes it easy to wear with long sleeves. It's warm when worn over other layers, but not too warm when worn with a t-shirt. Very diverse! This extends the mileage somewhat. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and weigh 115 pounds. I ordered a small one and it fits perfectly. It has plenty of room and the waist is adjustable for the perfect fit. The sleeves are also quite long. The pockets have a zipper.
