I don't know what happened. The product WAS apparently sealed when I received it but it was wet on the outside and full of dust and particles I don't know what. The cap was filled with dots. Worst of all, other products that were in the packaging were also stained with this product. No, the others weren't the ones that leaked because they had more protective film. Too bad because it looks like a good product. I opened it up and the foam was just great. Hope others don't have this problem

I like it. It lathers a lot, which I'm not used to, but I feel like I'm not rubbing my face in a way that's difficult to wash off, which is great for your skin barrier. No weird residue like most face washes as it doesn't contain occlusives, which I really liked when my face wash was just a cleanser and other products were doing their job as intended. My skin has been acting like crazy for the last month and I didn't think it was a cleanser until I stopped using it and mine Skin is drastically better. This cleanser dried my oily skin to the point where it took on a rough, uneven texture. My skin was constantly scaly and scaly. I got crusts that kept falling off and forming again. I just love this cleanser. I have very sensitive skin so my face doesn't feel tight or irritated - the ingredients are gentle, I love that it's fragrance free. My skin feels soft after use. Cleans completely and removes any residue if you used cleaning oil in the previous step. Small things have a big impact. Before the coronavirus, I didn't have a facial and never really struggled with acne. I've tried different skin care brands and they haven't helped my face much.
