I had read previous reviews of this product and was skeptical. However, I haven't had a single problem with any of them and am using my fourth cartridge. I print a lot (trade receipts) and there are no smudges, lines or anything that would indicate the cartridge is defective.

So cheap. After just a month and about 100 copies, Hart's drum was spinning, causing jams. Put a new one in and the problem was gone.

Maybe I have a bad printer but I have image halos on my paper a few lines down the page like the roller is printing the same image again but lighter, by a multiple.

Some will tell you that your printed matter will not be perfect unless you buy the Brother brand. That may be the case with some manufacturers, but not with this one. Expect around 10,000 pages from this drum.

When I first used this drum unit, the pages were gray when I used two different toner cartridges. I contacted a salesperson who suggested cleaning the coronar and vigorously shaking the toner cartridge back and forth. I cleaned the wire and shook the toner with a bottle of Heinz 57 like an epileptic. It worked. Nice clean pages. Good customer care. The picture shown is a BEFORE picture.
