POOR BLACK QUALITY - Too light.

This is my second set of toner cartridge drums. The first one was sent back because there was toner all over the box. The company sent me another set which I have now. Poor black print, very light and I used my second black cartridge in LESS THAN A MONTH. I do not want to return ALL items, I would like them to send me a NEW BLACK CARTRIDGE but they do not have the option to do so. I don't buy anymore.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT, HORRIBLE SELLER!

DO NOT BUY! Garbage product and worst customer service. The printer kept telling me to replace the drums even after replacing them and the quality was terrible. I have contacted the seller and he has asked me to pay the shipping cost to return the defective item as it has been 30 days.

toner drum. . . Had no idea.

Print quality improved by 100%. From terrible to perfect. The process of replacing the toner drums was easy (similar to replacing the toner cartridges. I pulled my hair out. This was the solution to the poor print quality problem. Thank you.
