This product is well presented but the product itself didn't live up to expectations in my case. I put a black cartridge in it, everything is fine, the printer shows non-original toner. OK for a few pages, then black toner appears on the screen. Other colors of my toner show up fine. They are also not original (different brand). This brand of replacement toner will not work in my printer. return is in progress. I ordered another brand to test.
