The heating element works well but I would not buy it again. You need to be very close to an outlet when wearing it, and you need to position it directly on the affected ankle area for it to work effectively. It's pretty cumbersome.

Disappointing. Mine broke after first use. I wore it for 20 minutes, turned it off, took it off, went to bed, woke up, went to work, pocketed it and NOTHING. Thank you for the free return. Don't waste your time with this poorly made piece of junk

This product needs to be labeled as an elbow brace. Please note that the ankle is at a 45 degree angle in all photos, yes, because it hurts the product to hold the foot in any other position. This is not the normal fit of the foot. I want a refund
