I did not receive the starter in the photo (the same one I previously had and wanted). The display looks bad. very disappointed that I did not receive what was pictured and expected. On the other hand, it works. I'm skeptical for how long. Edit: I corrected. After doing some research on the remote I found that the remote shown in the photo is outdated and Compustar updated it to the one I received.

I'm a professional photographer and I regularly lock my gear in my car. The buttons on this remote control are so sensitive that they can be easily activated in your pocket or purse. I went back to my car and found it unlocked dozens of times. So far I've been lucky and haven't stolen anything. I'm deleting the system because it's too big a security risk. The whole idea of a security system is to protect your valuables from intruders, not give them easy access.
