This brush and comb design has always produced great results. The brush (while it's there) really grabs your hair, curls it however you want, press the cold shot button and you're done. It's certainly strong enough, but they just need to make and supply a stronger brush that won't bend and fall out with repeated use of the device (you can buy replacement brushes). My wife and I both use. Particularly effective on thick and coarse hair, works great on thick African American hair.

As many other people have complained the physical part of the hair dryer is falling off and it's only been 2 months since I've owned it, looks like I have Tried many other hair dryers a few years ago and I've never had this problem. I give 4 stars for the performance.

The hair dryer does not get very hot even at maximum power. I've only had it 2 months and all the paint is peeling off where you hold the blow dryer. So you end up with leftover paint on your hands, which I hope is non-toxic. I haven't even really used it yet and it's sitting on the dressing table already looking so old and worn. I just missed the return window or I would have sent it back.

Everything is fine. But next time I will buy a cheaper one that I have used 4 times. The claim on the cheaper ones is that the brush falls off. In this respect, this brush head fits perfectly. However, it's more of a short, short brush that makes combing through thicker hair difficult. I'll buy cheaper next time.

I was so excited to try this hair dryer. Unfortunately, that disappointed me. It makes my hair so messy. I find it very difficult to comb my hair after using this hair dryer. It's so painful. I just ordered another one from conair for $9.99 with no freeze control and I can brush my hair again with no problems. I like that it is quiet and dries hair quickly.
