I bought this product because my father who had a stroke needed someone to trim his beard and the hospital it with their razors with smaller blade could not do . Everything fell apart on first use. New batteries died almost immediately, and then I replaced them and they died again: two complete sets for one trimmer. In the meantime, I put on one of the shields that came with it and the entire front of the device popped out of my hand. I put zero effort into everything; It's just terrible…

The product eats batteries like no other, I've had it for a little over a month and have used it 5 times for small jobs and had to change the batteries twice. It also scratches your skin pretty badly, pull a small piece out of my kids ear Don't buy!

UPDATE: THIS IS AN ACFIVE STAR PRODUCT! Well made, adjustable. . The device itself is very well made and seems to last a long time. Works well without pulling on sensitive facial hair - or your face! The accessory delimbing knife doesn't cover much. All in all a good trimmer that is very good value for money. Also included is a travel bag. Size fits ✈️🛳🚖🚛🛴🏍

UPDATE: Still going strong and still sharp after 6 months. With many battery powered devices, sometimes you get a tug or pull when using it and it's a bit sore and annoying. Luckily that didn't happen to me with this device. I also enjoyed using accessories and other gadgets. The nose hair trimmer is good and painless unlike others in the market. I really like it because it provides an even trim for goatee or beard. I use a shorter nozzle for this and it works great and creates an even cut that

I bought this trimmer to replace an old Wahl trimmer that has worn out over the years. The Conair trimmer is quieter than the Wahl and doesn't seem to pluck as much hair as the Wahl. The Conair trims differently than the older choice but seems to trim better. The protective sleeves that come with Conair are easier to use than Wahl. In fact there were more nozzles than advertised. I bought Conair as my last one lasted 15 years and never pulled my mustache.
