Looks cute, seems comfortable and warm. That's all we expected. Unfortunately this is a bit big for our 4 month old but we expected that as he is 6-12 months old. I would say it lives up to expectations! But our child is on the larger side.

As the weather is getting colder, I bought this hat to warm my baby's head. She has such a cute head! The flaps help keep the ears warm. My favorite feature is that you can tie it to your child's head so they don't rip it off right away. We will definitely be using this hat this winter.

This hat is very cute and also WARM. I was a little concerned that it would only be knitted and not lined but it is lined in a nice cozy material and I love that it keeps her face warm. Ordered when she was 4 months old and she definitely had room to grow but it wasn't so big that she couldn't wear it!

I will say that it probably fits as expected and is very cute. But unfortunately it doesn't cover the whole head like I thought it would. I wish it was a little bigger so I could have it longer. But it barely fits so at the end of the season I definitely need another cap for next year. If your kid has big thick curly hair? It will be a tight fit. You have to maneuver to get it in place.
