Containers Lids MCIRCO Lifetime Microwave Dishwasher Review

Great containers, good zips/lids for a secure fit, high quality plastic and dishwasher safe. Everything is great, except that the containers are not nested! If you stack full containers on top of each other (with slip lids) they stay on top, but nothing prevents them from accidentally slipping off. We've had other storage containers that have ribs on the lids that keep the container on top from sliding. This little feature would make these containers a 6 star product!

These containers are good and all but one work very well. glass edges. I didn't think it would be a problem, just slowly pull them off, but one ripped open with almost no force. From first use the seals seem to stay in the lids but I'm a lazybones even one seal is broken before use. In general the containers are good and work well. However, be aware that you can get a bad rubber seal in one batch and you might just have to throw out one container.

The product is quite strong and durable, the glass is quite thick and solid. I only have 2 things I don't really like about this product. 1) The lid is pretty smooth, so if you put something on it, it slips off easily. 2) This is my biggest annoyance regarding this product. The rubber seal comes loose every time I open and close the container. At first I thought I was fitting the gasket wrong, but no, it's just poorly done that the rubber gasket doesn't stay in place. After unpacking everything and removing the plastic covering on top of each lid, I found that the very last lid of one of the smaller containers at the bottom of the box was cracked! I didn't want to return the WHOLE package as I needed to immediately containers. And there is NO way to return just one or two items. I had to either SAVE all containers and lids or RETURN ALL. I bought this set about 3 months ago to replace fogged up, faded, mismatched plastic containers. I quickly got rid of the old ones - they look great in the cupboard and fridge and are holding up well. Rubber pads can be uncomfortable; I wish they were built into the lid instead of being removable. But they don't leak, the glass is thick and strong, and I like to see what's in the fridge.
