Unfortunately this Contigo water bottle is not compatible with other Contigo caps. I have been using Contigo cups and bottles of various designs for many years. I'm a swim coach and I spend many hours on deck telling my swimmers to drink. I try to lead by example by drinking water myself and this type of bottle is one of my favorites. It has a stainless steel main body that keeps drinks hot or cold as advertised. It's easy to use, just unscrew or put on the cap, and the loop that holds the cap (which prevents it from being lost) is strong enough to hold it like a loop when you need it is full, which most bottles cannot. I don't really care about the looks of water bottles, other than that they have a minimal utility aesthetic. This is a fun Contigo because the Contigo bottles have a minimalist design but are very easy to drink with easy to open and close drinking spouts. This bottle must be unscrewed to drink from it.
