Description of Contigo 360° Pour Vacuum-Insulated Stainless Steel Thermal Bottle - 25 oz. - Painted Black: Sleek Design and Superior Temperature Retention

360° spout for a controlled pour from any angle. Drinks stay hot up to 30 hours or cold up to 45 thanks to thermalock vacuum insulation. Leak-proof lid doubles as a drinking cup so you can pack less. An easy half-turn valve makes the pour spout quick and easy to open. Pour spout opens up for an extra-squeaky clean with no separate pieces to take apart or misplace. Top-rack dishwasher-safe removable pour spout; hand-wash-only lid and body.

The best Contigo glass because it doesn't leak!

I've been using Contigo mugs for many years and while they have excellent vacuum insulation that keeps liquids hot or cold for many hours, the sealing mechanisms have always let me down. I've had numerous instances where my tea or coffee (if I drank coffee) was spilled into my pockets while driving. I've tried other brands with better seals but crappy insulation that kept my drinks cold for two or three hours. I returned to Contigo on the recommendation of a colleague and I am very satisfied…

  • Fingers crossed

Does NOT keep my coffee hot all day

I have tried many waste bottles but found that most exhale hot at dinner time. This bottle is no different and does NOT deliver on the advertised promise. My drinks didn't stay "hot all day" but were just "warm" after 10 hours, which is a far cry from the "drinks stay hot up to 30 hours" indicator. I called Contigo support and they said it might be buggy? So I bought a second one with the same result. I have to send this one back too. I don't know how this product gets good reviews at all. can…

Honestly, my favorite thermos.

maybe it's just me personally but i've had this thermos before and liked it so i spent months trying to find the same model, i bought the latest from the same place i bought it, and it's hard to find internet the same black thermos you've had for a year. Anyway, I found it and am still just as happy with it. When I make hot tea in the morning, I can pour the still-steaming liquid into a fairly decent cup lid at the end of the day, which is robust, handy and also quite large. I do have a few…

Excellent bottle, even better than the classic Stanley

So I wanted something I could take to work every day with a reusable mug instead of a lid and ended up with this and the classic Stanley Vacuum 1.1 quart bottle. I prefer this Contigo by a mile. But first, a word of caution: the Stanley was actually much better at keeping warm. Using Zojirushi to boil water and Thermapen to measure, I poured 200 degree water into the Stanley and Contigo and checked the temperature again after 8 hours. Stanley was 178 degrees, Contigo 167. Another 16 hours later

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear

It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.

Despite the nice-looking pictures with numbers showing how long this thermos will keep warm, you should not expect that in a day the tea in it will be hot. Warm - perhaps, but there will be no miracles. I believe that other models of a similar design are still the same. For walks for half a day - quite a good thing, stylish, comfortable enough and will not break if anything.

Pros
  • Easy to carry in a small bike backpack, looks stylish and feels good to hold. The lid is a thermo mug.
Cons
  • After the first wash, I found a thin coating of white matter on the metal - possibly talc or another similar substance used in stamping a metal flask - wiped it with a rag wound around the handle of the scoop. Due to the lock, the cork is often not wrapped the first time.

There are deviations, in general it is tolerable.

I bought it because everyone praises thermal mugs. Can't say the same about thermos. I stood in the apartment in the summer for about 10 hours and the water became warm (you can’t drink hot tea anymore), but what if it were in the cold? It's good that I bought it in a company store. The money was returned without problems. The manufacturer promises that it keeps warm for 30 hours. I didn’t test it and it’s obviously a lie. For this money, you can buy 3 thermoses of a larger volume and with the…

Pros
  • Appearance, rubber non-slip inserts.
Cons
  • Doesn't hold heat well. When pouring, it pours in all directions, a lot spills by, if the water were really hot, it would be possible to scald. The case heats up after filling with boiling water.
