Don't buy this. Didn't hold a charge and hung up after a day.

Right out of the box it didn't hold a charge and yes I used the included charger. The next day it started to freeze and the screen wouldn't turn on or play a game and it froze. It worked if you put it in the wall and use it at the same time. Revain helped me get it back and received a full refund. Don't buy this

Amazing screen size and price. The battery life is below average.

Overall this is a really good tablet. We switched from the Fire tablet to this tablet specifically because of the screen size. The screen size is fantastic and the video quality is excellent. It cost about the same as other children's pills and was definitely worth the money. The only problem with this tablet is the battery life. If your child uses a tablet a lot, I would always keep a charger handy as battery life is getting shorter and shorter. Battery life is better on a Fire tablet for…

Factory reset needed again

Bought this tablet for my son for Christmas. Has worked for a good month. The tablet was not used for about a month, during this time the battery lay down. When we turned it back on, it reset the date to September and the time to 12:00 AM. We had to factory reset the device to be able to use it again. The next time the battery died, we had the same problem. Unfortunately, we have reached the end of the Revain return period. I regret not going with the children's fire tray.

First tablet Terrible battery life/replacement Tablet buttons no longer work

This is a good tablet for kids but the battery life isn't good enough. I bought it for my son for Christmas, we charged it last night, it works for just over an hour and it's already at 17%. So for $100 low battery life is a scam! I'll probably come back for another tablet. UPDATE 3/20/2021 This tablet was replaced maybe a month ago and now the buttons stopped working when replaced. It has to be plugged in to unlock the screen, which is ridiculous! DO NOT BUY THIS TABLET!

Perfect except. the best computers and tablets

The only problem I had was that I bought one and he said return it or buy another one. I really wanted to return it because it broke and I thought I bought a warranty on it. You need to create two separate button options. One says "Return this item" and the other says "Buy again".

DISGUST. THIS PRODUCT IS POOR QUALITY

I bought (2) of these for my grandson. the first was about (3) weeks ago. it just stopped working after about (2) weeks. just won won't turn on. The second one I just got about a week ago won't charge if it takes that long. Then Revain, after being a loyal customer for decades and never sending anything back, wants me to go to UPS or FED-X to return the first one or they will charge me again. I don't have time to return your ITEMS!
