At first I couldn't get the controller to work. Tried different power supplies. I contacted the seller and he responded quickly. He asked me to send the screen model number and a photo of my setup. I connected all the details with a 12V 2A power supply, everything worked perfectly.

Generally it works right away. It works with my LED screen. The board passes HDMI audio to the headphone audio jack. However, the audio output is for headphones, not speakers. When audio was fed into the amp, a noticeable hum came out even with the volume set to 0.

Very happy with this purchase, the board was packaged really well (I've ordered the same thing from another seller before and it wasn't even in a properly sealed one Amazing value box), ribbon and replacement even came with instructions and of course the board worked right out of the box (unfortunately I came across others that other sellers didn't have).

EDIT: For those using this on the panel mentioned below: DO NOT USE THE ORIGINAL CABLES FROM THE PANEL, USE THE CABLE PROVIDED! Ignore the part below, the panel works WITH THE SUPPLIED SLEEVE CABLE (laughs). I bought one of these to use on the well established N116BGE-EA2 panel and it doesn't work. Very very happy with my purchase. I asked for my specific panel number to double check and received a very quick and helpful response which prompted me to purchase. It works great and is very easy to install. I love that it also has a 3.5mm audio jack, especially when used with a Raspberry Pi whose built-in audio is terrible. Highly recommended.

I am currently using this to control my laptop screen which is built into a virtual pinball machine and it seems to be doing the job well. However, since it's a bareboard, everything on it feels very delicate. Connecting the cables was a little fiddly due to their thinness and my huge fingers, but in the end I connected everything and it worked.
