Overall I think this is a great product and worth the money. Tip: If your wound has a lot of drainage, it's worth using Hy-Tape or Nexcare waterproofing tape on all edges and overlapping the corners - otherwise the exudate will spill out and it'll just get messy. You can also cover it with Tegaderm if you are the right size. The adhesive on the bandage itself isn't a problem, but there may be a leak.

They're almost magical to me as I'm afraid to use band-aids or gauze and tape. I had to change mine before the week was out but that was fine, it tugged on the skin a bit but didn't tear like everything else and didn't stick to the wound so it was mostly painless to remove. Now I'll keep them in my first aid kit!

I used them on a 2nd degree burn on the ball of my foot. So far the healing seems to be much quicker than using the Curad non-stick dressing. Since I don't have to put a gauze bandage over it, I can wear the sock again.
