Ordered a pair of these. I opened the first one and noticed damage to the tree at the location of the eccentric locks on the main body. I immediately repackaged it and didn't open the second one. Got a refund immediately. I noticed on the boxes that they still had the label from the previous buyer. Someone in VA. Good. Don't waste your time. This product looks good, but it's rubbish, complete rubbish. The first one I received was destroyed. The bottom of the box has four cam locks. The "wood" is too fragile to bend in these places, it was broken and split in all four places. The second one I received was only damaged in the same four places. I could have ordered it in black but chose the more expensive maple/black. I'm happy with my decision. The table looks more expensive than its price. The wood finish (the table isn't solid wood, of course) is darker than maple but not as dark as cherry or mahogany and works in rooms with either. Tables are good (bought 2) but the packaging is terrible! The first box rattled, so I started from there. The styrofoam sheets protecting the pieces fell apart and were little static filled balls that flew all over the room.
