I already had several of these different colors so I knew which size to go for. I bought these for my friend's wedding who had a Doctor Who theme and was so gracious that we bridesmaids got to wear them to the reception instead of the killer heels that turned our toes purple! They were much more comfortable and looked great. I love wearing them now! You can't beat a pair of black Converse.

Well, I happened to order the wrong size (8M - men's shoes, instead of women's shoes), so for me they turned out a few sizes larger. However, they fit my mother perfectly and she loves them, so no complaints. :) I love Converse shoes but I think next time I'll go to the store and try them on first. I bought these Chuck Taylors for my son-in-law for the holidays. They were on his list and now he wears them all the time. The fit was perfect! had to send them back. They were about a size and a half bigger than any other shoes I've ever bought. I wouldn't recommend buying them online unless you already know your size in that particular shoe. The quality seemed as good as the last time I bought Chucks but that was years ago and I must have forgotten how big these shoes are.
