UPDATED: Although I had problems with the snaps on the original cloak, the company sent me a new cloak. The locks on the new ones work perfectly. Thanks for the replacement and great customer service! Always worth the quality. Very cheaply made, the buttons came off. The first customer I used it on had a button fall off and the other side of the button that was still stuck to the cape almost cut off her neck. 🙈 Sorry, that's just a BIG NO.

Great product! I especially love the button closures, they were perfect for my mom's haircut! Withstands the rigors of everyday use and is easy to clean.

Both of my capes had a few small holes and one had multiple slits! I didn't come back because I needed her for a gig I was doing and I needed her ASAP!

Best customer service ever. This was a small issue with my original order and not only did I get my money back but they sent (2) more new cloaks. The packaging was so pretty pink in a trendy reusable gift bag. The capes are amazing and great quality.

We are an upscale salon and spa and I ordered them hoping they would be high quality so we could screen print them. I've washed them and hung them to dry, haven't even used them yet and they're starting to fall apart. I noticed that after hanging to dry in some parts of the headland they are already so worn that you can see through them. I was very upset when I ordered 14 pieces.

I've been using them in my salon for 6 months and they are still perfect. Great quality and great price. If I could complain I would just wish the neck area was a bit bigger, I've had this problem once twice but it confused me and probably the customer 😆.

I love my capes. I mainly do bayals and blondes so I use bleach. I'm MONTHLY when balage and capes are made of amazingly dense material and don't leak bleach 🙌🏼 They also don't turn orange if bleach gets on them. Coobi was also fantastic with a return policy (one had bad buttons but still loved the capes). Great company, great product! I will continue to buy them.
