Loved everything about this bag until I actually tried it. In briefcase/shoulder mode, the zippers on all front pockets start at the bottom of the bag and then roll up. This will cause all of your items to fall out of your bag when you open it in this mode. Every time I need something from the front pocket I have to tip the bag into a backpack position and then open the pockets. It would be very easy to fix the design if the zippers opened the other way, but for now I'm giving 2 stars for poor…

I've tried more expensive leather cases but this was the best regardless of the price. Looks great, offers plenty of space with versatile storage and can easily be used as a shoulder bag or backpack. It's not too bad, but the only thing that could be improved is that you could swap the three front zippers, because used as a messenger bag, it opens so that everything falls out. Otherwise, this is a great bag at an affordable price.

Good canvas material, I like the carrying options, plenty of room but not too big to take to a meeting. However, there are two things: The zippers on the outer pocket foolishly open in a direction that allows the entire contents of the three outer pockets to fall to the ground before the bag opens. Appears to be made for heavy use. The area for your laptop is impressively well padded. There is definitely room inside for clothes, laptop, mouse and accessories. especially when you open the expander bag! Definitely worth $

I am absolutely in love with my bag. Backpack. Otherwise things will fall out when you open the briefcase. Something else. I like all compartments and it's very spacious. I am very happy that I chose this brand and can only recommend it

Would have been 5 stars but they inexplicably designed the 3 outer pocket zips to start at the bottom when used as a shoulder bag. So if you, as a messenger bag, try to partially open these access pockets, the contents will fall out. This should have been obvious during design and testing. Hope they fix that in the next version.

Great bag, light and strong. Would like to have more structure in the bag. With that I said and am happy to ditch the design for less weight

Zippers on the back. Every time you open the side pockets, your items will fall out. You had to detach from the other end. It also doesn't hold its shape very well. Medium bag.
