The product has changed from what it was a few years ago

I bought it a few years ago, the smaller size was perfect in general, especially the material, but this year's product is not the one I had to order a size up and was made in a different country this year and not the same size or material. Very disappointing, especially given the high price.

Lightweight and fits well. The fabric around the ankles is.

Light and comfortable. The fabric around the ankles is a little loose, but the rest fits well and stays in place even when wet. There's also a zip pocket which I didn't notice until I put on my leggings - perfect for your ID and car keys. These leggings saved my fair skin at the beach!

Too hot in the sun in swimsuits and capes

They fit well and are made of a fairly dense fabric, so you can be sure that not every crease in the pubic area will be visible. They appear to protect against UV rays as advertised, but the fabric gets so hot in the sun that you risk getting a heat burn. You really couldn't wear them for long in direct sunlight. The fabric gets too hot.

Cheap fabric, loose fit

I'm not satisfied with these leggings. First of all, the fabric feels rather cheap - a kind of stiff nylon that dries out the feet uncomfortably. Second, the fit isn't flattering - I'm 5ft 6in, 110lbs and 26/27 in jeans and the XS is a bit baggy in both the lower calf and crotch. Third, there are no extra seams on the back. I just hate it when manufacturers make the back of clothes out of little patches to save fabric.

I have very fair skin and hate wearing swimsuits so I came across these leggings.

I have very fair skin and hate wearing bathing suits so it was cool to stumble across these leggings! The only complaint is that they are tight in the stomach area. I ordered M and am 5 inch 5,165 lbs. I'm working on losing weight so they finally fit. They fit perfectly on my legs and hips. The material is soft, dries quickly and does not feel heavy when wet.

Doesn't work much! Best Among Women

This was a substitute for me. I originally ordered the next smaller size based on the size chart. It was HERE when I tried it. I called Coolibar customer service to ask about the fit and the rep assured me it was the exact size I needed to hold it on while swimming. I tried it out and really needed help getting it off while it was wet. Hooray! Now that I'm the right size, this is a great piece of a sun protection swimsuit. The inseam can be slightly longer (or stirrups) to better hide the ankle
