I purchased this pillow because I struggle to sleep comfortably . The pillow is nice but it hasn’t helped me sleep better maybe because it is for pregnant women and I’m not pregnant.

It supports the back very well. a little bit high for the head for sleeping so it was used mostly during the day. The pillow may not be suitable for those with rib pain.
