Since the souls aren't actually sewn onto the boots, the glue that holds them together won't hold. The shoes are comfortable and very beautiful when sewn to the sole. I really liked these shoes. They were perfect for squats and deadlifts and overall just a good training shoe. However, I was concerned about their durability, and I was right.
