I prefer glass to clay because it doesn't crack when heated like clay. They're perfect for a single serving of cereal, soup, beans, rice, or whatever! Great for portion control (because if you're still hungry after one serving, you should probably be eating something else anyway to keep your diet varied). I wish I could see them in bigger packages. I only ordered 4, wish I had ordered at least 12!

These bowls are just what I wanted. They're a bit different from similar white Corelle shells I've had and I'm not sure if it's because they're a different line or something. I posted a photo. This bowl has the smallest diameter but the deepest. This is compared to the bowls that come with the Corelle set, which are an 18-ounce cereal bowl and a 10-ounce dessert mug. I got them for dietary purposes so 1 cup of food wouldn't just spill over the bottom of a large bowl.

I received the plate that is in the picture. There's a seal on it. The title says it's white. It sure is a pressure. The color is greenish-blue, very beautiful. Not too strong like some models. I like it. Basically, I bought them for the price. The cost is much less than an all-white midday size. I managed to buy 2 sets of 6 pieces. I use them for portion control.
