These are the best mugs with lids for heating food. Most of the others we've tried, and we've tried almost a dozen brands, have very ill-fitting lids. We've had brands with caps that crack. This lid has never leaked. Holds a decent amount. And cleans very thoroughly thanks to the smooth surface. dishwasher and microwave. Perfect for a home made lunch on the go.
